Our main office in Drumchapel, 195c Drumry Road East, G15 8NS, is temporarily closed for renovations.

If you are a tenant of Kingsridge Cleddans, Drumchapel co-op, Pineview or Kendoon Housing Associations you can secure an appointment with our advisers by contacting your housing officer.

We have weekly outreach at Drumchapel 3D and Men Matter, to access this service please contact these organisations.
If you need help to claim Universal Credit you can call 0800 0232581.
Our wait time for an appointment is 7 working days, if you cannot wait, you can contact the GAIN helpline on 0808 801 1011. Please note that this is for telephone help only.
We will offer limited face to face support to those in need at Drumchapel Library, please contact our office number above to arrange an appointment.
