About us

Situated in Drumchapel, we advise Glasgow residents with postcodes G1 to G15.

We offer face-to-face advice at the bureau or by appointment at our outreach surgeries, as well as operating a home visit service on Tuesday afternoons. Please see the Contact us page for more information on when we are available and how to reach us.

Today we were invited to speak to year 5 to 7 primary school students at a local primay school about what we do, how we can help people with some very difficult issues and to also talk about career options within the CAB service. We answered lots of very valid questions.

I wonder how many of the young people we saw today will one day turn to CAB for help or how many will volunteer their time with their local bureau or even whether any will one day manage their own bureau....

What to bring to the bureau if you have a housing problem

* Tenancy agreement/letters from your landlord (for
rented accommodation)
* Mortgage details (if applicable)
* Title deeds (for owner occupiers)
* Proof of income
* Wage slips/benefit/tax credit details
